Before you start.

How does the free trial work?

You choose a plan and add a card. Nothing is charged for 30 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. After the trial your plan starts at the price you chose.

What is the difference between the 12-month plan and monthly?

The 12-month plan costs half the monthly price and the price is fixed for 12 months. After that it moves to the monthly price. Monthly costs more but you can cancel any time.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You forward calls from your number to your receptionist, either all of them or only when you are busy, do not answer or are closed. If your number is with Onecom we can set the forwarding up for you.

Does it work with a mobile?

Yes. Set your mobile to forward calls you do not answer, or calls when you are busy, and your receptionist picks them up. Your phone still rings first.

What happens when it cannot help?

It puts the call through to you or takes a message, depending on the rules you set. You decide what counts as urgent.

Do callers know it is AI?

That is your choice. It can introduce itself as an AI assistant, and you decide how.
